Tonight on Monday Night Raw: In one of the best Raws in recent memory, John Cena is leading an uprising against the Nexus. In a show that built on itself, Cena offered Nexus a truce, which was declined, before unveiling the team he's been compiling to face them in a 7-on-7 match at SummerSlam. The surprise entrant? The return Bret "Hitman" Hart. Should be a good one!

And we are LIVE! from Tulsa, Okla. Michael Cole and 2007 WWE Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler are our hosts. This show is presented in WWEHD (TV-PG, V)

Match #1 - Triple Threat Match to Determine the No. 1 Contender for the WWE Championship - Randy Orton (St. Louis, Mo.) vs. Chris Jericho (Winnipeg, Manitoba) vs. Edge (Toronto, Ontario)

Orton is about to go when Edge comes in and hits the Edgecution on Jericho. Jericho kicks out but then lines Jericho up for the Spear, but Jericho sidesteps him and locks in the Walls of Jericho. Edge gets to the ropes.

Edge clotheslines Jericho over the top and Orton sneaks up behind him, looking for the RKO but Edge counters with the Edgeomatic for two. Edge now lining him up for the Spear but Jericho clotheslines him. Jericho rolls up Orton for two, then Edge rolls up Jericho for two. Then they hit a triple clothesline, putting all of them down. Jericho sends Edge over the top. Orton goes for the RKO but Jericho shoves him down. He goes for the Lionsault but Orton moves. He hits the RKO on Jericho. We're back and Edge is rather upset. He is demanding that Jericho come back to the ring. Jericho comes from the back with quite the look on his face. Edge says over the past 11 years, they've got themselves championships and years off their careers and it has to end tonight. Jericho says for the first time in 11 years they agree on something. Jericho says it's going to end tonight for Edge. He brings up Wade Barrett and says if he snaps his fingers, he thinks Nexus would do whatever he wanted him to. Edge says he doesn't think Nexus agrees with that and if he offered Nexus his services, they'd take him up on his offer. Edge says Jericho is claiming Nexus's success. Then Nexus comes out.

Barrett says they are both highly respected and Nexus would be lucky to call either of them an ally. As the says this, the group surrounds Edge as Jericho goes into the corner. Barrett says Jericho is right, Nexus would end Edge's career. With that, they beat down Edge with Jericho yelling out. Skip Sheffield almost cuts Edge in half with a spear, then Jericho puts him in the Walls. Jericho then gets an uneasy look on his face and lets go of the move. Barrett says Edge was right and that they'd like to shut up the man who claims he's behind their success. Jericho attacks Barrett but he's pulled off and they put the boots to him. Barrett goes to town on him with mounted punches and a kick to the midsection. They lift up Jericho and Barrett yells in his face "What did you teach me? What did you teach me?" before clocking him. David Otunga hits his move and Barrett stands over him and yells "You didn't teach me a thing!" Then they leave.

Sheamus is out and says there's one word for his triumphs against John Cena: Dominance. He says Cena is now at the back of the line and won't be getting a title shot anytime soon. He says he went to Wade Barrett and asked for a truce. A year ago, no one had heard of Sheamus or the Nexus, he said, but now they are the two most powerful entities in the WWE. He says Barrett agreed and a truce is now in effect. He then goes on to talk about Randy Orton and says he doesn't stand a chance. He says he'll become the longest reigning WWE Champion of all time.

He's interrupted by The Miz, who won Money in the Bank last night. Miz says Sheamus now has a Miz problem. Miz says he controls the fate of the WWE Championship because he won Money in the Bank. He names off a bunch of scenarios where he could cash in the briefcase. He says Sheamus can now call him his celebrity stalker because he's going to be watching him.

Then the Raw GM pipes in and says Sheamus is going to be in action right now against...

Match #3 - Sheamus (Dublin, Ireland) vs. Evan Bourne (St. Louis, Mo.)

The Miz is staying at ringside for this. Bourne's music plays forever and he finally comes out and still hasn't taped his hand.

Bourne kicks Sheamus to the outside and Sheamus nearly blows a gasket.

We're back and Bourne is in control until he runs into a big clothesline. Sheamus wraps Bourne around the ring post and pulls him by a leg and an arm. Back in the ring, he clubs away at Bourne. He hits a power slam and continues to work on Bourne. Bourne gets up and spins out and kicks Sheamus in the back. Sheamus throws him into the corner and slaps him but Bourne kicks him in the head. Spinning heel kick for Bourne followed by a dropkick. Roll-up for Bourne gets two. Sheamus misses a clothesline and eats a spinning back kick. He goes to the top for Air Bourne but Sheamus rolls out of the ring. So Bourne changes direction and hits a flying crossbody to the outside.

He comes off the ropes and gets slammed by Henry for two. Henry drags him near the corner and starts climbing the ropes when Nexus, who were banned from ringside, comes out to the ramp. Henry's sitting on the top turnbuckle and Barrett boots him in the head. From there, he scoops him up and hits the fireman's carry slam and wins it.

Winner via pinfall: Wade Barrett

With the match over, Nexus comes to the ring. They put the boots to Henry and then Barrett grabs a mic and calls out Cena for the meeting.

Cena is shown walking in the back.

Michael Tarver has the mic and says they've already made one truce tonight and he says that Cena has their word that they'll hear him out. But if he continues, they'll make his life a living hell. He says Cena must apologize to them for his actions and they'll consider it, but to remember it's all on him.

WHAT YOU THINK
Who is the biggest surprise entrant on John Cena's seven-man squad to face the Nexus at SummerSlam? Bret Hart - 52%
Great Khali - 29%
Chris Jericho - 11%
Edge - 6%
R-Truth - 2%
John Morrison - 1%
Cena comes out. He says tonight, Sheamus made a truce and it's something he should've done a long time ago. He says he's sorry and he's asking them for the same thing. Barrett says their answer is no. He says he's not interested in a truce and he's not interested in peace. He's looking for something bigger. He wants Cena to join Nexus. He says Cena can accomplish 10 times of what he accomplished on his own by joining Nexus. He says together, they could be unstoppable. Barrett says it's not much of a choice because you're either Nexus or against us. He offers Cena a chance to make history together.

Cena looks at the crowd and then says he can't do it. Barrett says that's unfortunate and Cena now has two choices. He can leave the ring with his tail between his legs or he can stay and they will give him the most vicious beating they've ever administered.

Cena departs the ring and walks up the ramp. He gets to the top of the ramp and says he has to say one more thing. He says whether he does it himself or whether he has help, he will take each and every one of them down. He says the peace offering was a test and they sealed their fate. He's got himself some help. He says he's been quietly forming a team. A team that will take Nexus down at SummerSlam. He says he wants Nexus to meet his team and at SummerSlam, Nexus is history.

Out comes Edge, followed by John Morrison, R-Truth, The Great Khali, Chris Jericho and finally Bret Hart!

They all hit the ring and the Nexus bails out quickly through the crowd.
