Just as the Masonic lords of darkness
reappeared in Bosnia 60 years after they were banned, they
instated their new (and the strongest player yet)
puppet-president Haris Silajdzic who, with late Izetbegovic,
endorsed
the Dayton chains. Bosnians gave him an enormous election power
by voting 3 to 1 for him against the fmr. president-traitor
Tihic (designated as successor by dictator Izetbegovic) who became too obvious in his treason. Silajdzic based his
campaign of deception solely on his alleged unconditional
opposition to the imposed amendments to the "Constitution"
(Annex 4 of the never ratified and never translated Dayton Peace
Accord).
However, after winning the office he immediately CANCELLED THE
VICTORY OF HIS OWN PARTY BY GIVING SERBS AND US/UK AMBASSADORS
EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED. HE ALSO AGREED TO SIGN THE AMENDMENTS
- BY NEXT APRIL! It took him less than 10 days for
his treason!
Why is April so dear to Freemasonry?
Since they count mostly on peoples' ignorance and complacency,
they rely heavily on SYMBOLISM to achieve their goals. Since
their reappearance in Bosnia in April 2004, they contemplated
their "pyramids" project in April 2005, and
tried to finalize their decade-long plan to split Bosnia via
Parliamentary vote in April 2006.
However, thanks to Bosnian patriots, the so-called
"Freemasonry" could not secure the 2/3 of the Parliamentary vote, so
they are now preparing to try again - in April 2007...
Needless to say, the International
Tribunal in Hague has "suddenly" got a new president - an Englishwoman
who again prolonged (for the 15th time) the Genocide verdict
announcement, from November 2006 to - March 2007. This
trial has now become the longest one in history, entering its 15th
year of delays and unbelievable perversions of justice...
While the circus goes on, Bosnians
voted yet again - Professor Francis Boyle was just named the People's choice
for the Person of The Year in Bosnia. Despite the
recent Genocide
that claimed over 200,000 lives and sent 1 million people to refuge,
according to all polls Bosnians are still standing firmly at their
70% support for Bosnia - a figure unchanged since the
1991 referendum for independence.

The
deception with "Constitution" didn't work on Bosnians,
not even with the help of CNN that Bosnians can watch free of
charge, which ran the "pyramid" story so obnoxiously
every hour on the 24th of April, a day before the historic vote in
the B-H Parliament (CNN broadcasted the story never before or after
24th). In order to assess their failure and to
discuss future actions and receive new instructions, Semir-Sam Osmanagich and Dr. Amer
Smailbegovic (who insisted on this logo for the
"pyramids") have earlier today suddenly left Bosnia for
the US.

The
pressure on Bosnia's MP's who voted against the false
"Constitution" continues. The majority party in the puppet-government, SDA, has just excluded from its membership one
of its own MP's who voted "no". They are asking him to return
his mandate, although an MP's mandate belongs to the voters not to
the party. If he returns the mandate, SDA, which currently has mere
6% popular support, will replace him with and repeat the
Parliament vote. They seem to be willing to do anything in order
to meet the May 9th deadline - the closing of the Bosnia v.
Serbia-Montenegro trial in Hague. If by that date, the Annex 4
of the Dayton international contract � the so called
"Constitution" � remains temporary (as opposed to
being ratified in the Parliament), the so-called "Republika
Srpska" will be abolished automatically following the
genocide verdict.

The
Parliament of Bosnia has been in permanent session since 10 a.m.
yesterday. After the discussion session, it became apparent that
the American pressure would not result in 2/3-majority vote for
the new "Constitution". During the break the US
ambassador became increasingly nervous, started pressuring and
even threatening (he slammed his fist on the table in his last 3
TV appearances) to MP's he found in the corridors and who were
against the imposed supreme law by which Bosnians
"themselves" would recognize the world's first genocide-created, apartheid statelet
so-called "Republika Srpska".
After many breaks, The Parliament started its session at 3 p.m.;
however, after just 15 minutes in an extremely electrified
atmosphere, another break was announced. The session continued at
7 p.m. and is in progress, without any changes, and still in
presence of the US and UK ambassadors.

US AMBASSADOR SUPPORTS PERPETRATORS OF GENOCIDE IN BOSNIA
The US ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Douglas L McElhaney,
has been using strong arm tactics on Bosnian representatives for
months trying to steer constitutional negotiations away from the
stated goal of unification of Bosnia and Herzegovina with his
agenda to cement the "ethnically clean" enclave "Republika
Srpska - RS", which had been created by genocide and
aggression against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its
people.
Mr. McElhaney is threatening the political parties of Bosnia and
Herzegovina to accept the so-called "political reality"
and accept constitutional amendments that are created to reward
the aggressors of the genocidal war with their own territory, "Republika Srpska". The
constitutional amendment debate started in the parliament on April
25, 2006 where members of the parliament have protested in the
session of the parliament that extreme pressure has been applied
on them to accept the amendments against their better
judgment. Luckily, enough representatives in parliament (greater
than 1/3) have rejected these amendments to defeat them, stating
that they do not wish to cement the results of genocide and
aggression as proposed in the constitutional amendments.
The battle is not over, though, as Mr. McElhaney has gone even
further calling the key representatives who reject the amendments
into �private meetings� where he is continuing his policy of
blackmail and
intimidation into coercing them to accept his unjust, immoral, and
unlawful initiative. Aside from the fact that in any
constitutional reform process, which is by definition an internal
matter of a state, it is unethical for a foreign observer to pick
a side and apply this type of pressure on the representatives of
sovereign state. His conduct is all the more egregious because the
proposal he is backing is designed to reward those who committed
genocide and aggression, and furthermore is pressuring the victim
to formally legalize the results of genocide and aggression.
As an official and representative of the United States government,
in the eyes of Bosnians and the world he is aligning his country
on the side of genocide and aggression.
We appeal to all consciences people of the United States to stop
Mr. McElhaney in his quest to reward the perpetrators of genocide
and aggression in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are asking that Mr.
McElhaney allows people of Bosnia and Herzegovina to draft their
own constitution without interference from outside.
2. REJECT HAYS AMANDMENTS / DISMANTLE "REPUBLIKA
SRPSKA"!

I just read through an English translation of the revised Hays
amendments for the first time. In a nutshell, (1) the Serbs will
have a veto power over the State and (2) "Republika Srpska" will
have a veto power over the State. So nothing will work at the
State level that the Serbs and/or "RS" do not want to work, which
violates the basic democratic requirement of majority rule..
Meanwhile "RS" will continue to exercise the de facto independent
statehood that it has been given by Dayton. So no wonder that SDS,
SNDS, and PDP support these Amendments. They will obtain
everything they want short of formal independence. Meanwhile, the
State institutions of BIH will basically become nothing more than
a glorified debating society. Under international law and
practice, one of the requirements of a State is a functioning
Government. If the Government does not work, then it threatens the
very existence of the State itself. That is what is at stake in
these amendments to Dayton--the dissolution of Bosnia and
Herzegovina as a State for all practical purposes.
For what it is worth, in my opinion, all loyal and patriotic
Bosnians should reject the Hays Amendments. Instead, Bosnia should
demand that the World Court dismantle "Republika Srpska" before the
trial ends on May 8. In addition, what is needed now is a
completely new Constitution for BIH that is not based to any
extent upon the racist, apartheid and genocidal Dayton
Constitution and eliminates Dayton's two racist and apartheid
entities--"Republika Srpska" and the
"Federation". But unlike the "Federation",
"Republika Srpska" is founded upon genocide. "RS" is
nothing more than a genocidal statelet. "RS" must be dismantled and
eliminated for the good of BIH and of all Bosnians no matter what
their ethnic and religious affiliations. By contrast, the Hays
Amendments will further empower and entrench "Republika
Srpska"--which is exactly why they are supported by SDS, SNDS and
PDP. That is also why the Hays Amendments should be rejected by
the Bosnian People and Parliament.
3. BULLYING THE VICTIMS
The following statement by Prof. Boyle from February 2006 about
American pressure on Bosniaks holds true even today.
As for Nick Burns' threats to Bosnia, these are typical American
strong-arm tactics, bullying the victims of genocide and
aggression. The United States has no standing or authority to
threaten Bosnia's membership in the European Union, to which the
USA is not a member. As for the Burns' threat to Bosnia's
membership in NATO, this is a meaningless threat. Bosnia has
already been subject to a NATO Protectorate since Dayton. In other
words, Bosnia has already been a de facto member of NATO since
Dayton. Today Bosnia gets all of the benefits of NATO Membership,
and none of the burdens of NATO Membership, which are substantial.
What is wrong with that? It sounds pretty good to me. What really
counts now is for Bosnia to join the European Union, which will
never have Bosnia as a member so long as there is the
genocidal statelet of "Republika Srpska". The US-backed Hays Reforms
must be opposed by all loyal and patriotic Bosnians no matter what
their ethnic or religious affiliation. Moreover, the Bosnian
government must move to dismantle the genocidal statelet of "Republika Srpska" at the International Court of Justice when
Bosnia's trial for genocide against Serbia and Montenegro opens on
February 27 in The Hague. With the termination of "Republika Srpska"
by the World Court, Bosnia can then have a free, fair,
democratic, pluralistic, multiethnic, multireligious State for all
loyal and patriotic Bosnians. Those who still want to support
Karadzic, Mladic, Milosevic, Draskovic et al. can move to
Serbia. That is the essence of the Badinter Arbitration Commission
holding.

more than 20 leading Bosnian historian, archaeologists, and museum
professionals led by Professor Dubravko
Lovrenovic formerly a visiting professor at Yale, signed on
April 22 a letter demanding from the Bosnian puppet
government to stop Osmanagich, the European Association of
Archaeologists protested
yesterday against the US-led vandalism in Bosnia:

Sir,
Stories about hidden pyramids in deepest Bosnia being investigated by "hobby archaeologists" ('Indiana Jones of the Balkans', April 15), may appeal to those for whom the dry facts of archaeology hold little attraction, but they also do little to assist the cause of heritage protection in that beautiful but unlucky country.
Professional archaeologists in the former Yugoslavia, and in international organisations such as the European Association of Archaeologists, have known about these claims for some time, and various "scientific" reports are available in the public domain.
In most countries of Europe those with wacky theories about
"hidden mysteries" on presumed archaeological sites are free to propound them but not to undertake excavation, which by its very nature destroys much of what it uncovers; let alone excavation by those unqualified in terms of training and experience.
According to your report there are indeed archaeological sites on the hill in question -- Illyrian (Iron Age), Roman and Medieval; yet the work underway or planned makes no mention of what steps will be taken to safeguard them, and other potential sites as yet undiscovered, from inappropriate earthmoving or other investigations.
The situation of professional heritage management in Bosnia-Herzegovina is, since the Bosnian war, in a poor state, with a tiny number of people trying to do what they can to protect their rich heritage from looting and unmonitored or unauthorised development. It adds insult to injury when rich outsiders can come in and spend large sums pursuing their absurd theories (the construction of a colossal pyramid so large that it dwarfs even those of Egypt or Mesoamerica? 12,000 years ago?), in ways that most other countries would never countenance, instead of devoting their cash to the preservation of the endangered genuine sites and monuments in which Bosnia-Herzegovina abounds.
