The Church of Christ, Scientist, includes Branch Churches of Christ, Scientist and Christian Science Societies in over 80 countries around the world. In addition, there are groups of Christian Scientists holding informal services. Everyone is invited to attend church services, Christian Science lectures, and visit Christian Science Reading Rooms anywhere in the world. Children up to the age of 20 are welcomed at Sunday School.
Joining a branch church or society
- Those who have found the healing ideas of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy both practical and beneficial often choose to join a community of like-minded thinkers.
- Each branch has its own membership requirements, and each church and society is governed by its own bylaws and by the Church Manual.
Starting an informal group, society, or branch church
- If there is no branch in your area, you might be interested in starting an informal group of Christian Scientists.
- If you are part of a group, you may wish to take the next step and become a Christian Science Society or Branch Church.
