Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Volunteer drive a huge success

Tokyo, Japan, December 24, 2018: The Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games needs 80,000 volunteers but more than double, 162,000, have applied, organisers revealed.

Volunteer recruitment for both the Olympic and Paralympic Games was well on track with roughly 162,000 people completing the initial online procedure to become “the face of the Games” , Tokyo 2020 President Yoshiro Mori said.

Indonesia sets sights on baseball gold at SEA Games 2019

Iran and Croatia NOCs agree for closer cooperation

Tehran, Iran, December 20, 2018: Iran and Croatia have agreed to foster stronger and closer links in sports, with the President of the National Olympic Committee of Croatia promising to send technical support, including coaches, to Tehran.
