Hello, i am german and its really a bad translation! It's not about chemtrails, it's about some fibre they were spraying for radar-missleading-technique. It was american military though! ... as always 'all practice' and 'all safe' - I DONT THINK SO! Mexiko-oil-spill was done on purpose. listen to survivor Mike Williams! BP-Management was leading the drill as the accident happened! They took away authority from Mike who was in charge!

@grandmasteryeager - thats cuz this video says nothing about "chemtrails"- The german word "duppel" = CHAFF- not chemtrails as this video claims. Karsten Brandt was talking about chaff showing up on radar screens and said NOTHING about "chemtrails". This video is deliberately mistranslated to propagate fear and disinfo- see Brandts own words here:

yea man. these trails have been around since the first jets. even turbo props in WW2. the poplation has done nothing but increase. plus if there mixing a chemical agent with the fuel, wudent there be dead airport ground crew everywhere when the planes are taxing. take-off, landing, whatever, the engines are still running and exhausting. so u wud expect everyone around airports to be dead by now. but nope. this theory gets weaker and weaker the more u logically think about it.
