    HAARP is not new, but America is VERY GOOD at concealing info, as i'm sure u know... i'm a flight attd, so i know the difference! the only way i got my sister to believe is when she witnessed an a/c spraying, do a 180 bank and spray in the opposite direction in atlanta... some people just DON'T want to believe such things... smh

    If there is indeed something going on in regards to chemtrails and/or weather modification, it's most likely that ordinary workers (like sayyyy, an airforce weatherman) would be kept far out of the loop, and only a discrete and clandestine few at the top would be aware of what's being done. A little paradoxical, but many who would think that they would be aware of this because of their relative closeness to it, can actually be further away from the truth.

    The last "global warming" treaty, with over 170 countries signing on, calls to do whatever it takes.
    That's how you get video of these all over the world.
    If you have heard of HAARP, ask why you haven't heard of EISCAT.
    Legislation exists with the verbiage "CHEMTRAILS", and authorizes it.
