I posted this a while back as a comment in a bug report, but it still answers almost all the questions I get by e-mail these days: 
 
Scuttle.org is down because of load vs. host issues -- can't just throw it up again without major restructuring; Forums are down by choice while I'm far between stable releases; Wiki is down since host move and will probably reappear here on Sourceforge now that they offer one of their own, also related to release cycle; not looking for more developers -- gave that a go already and as much help as the extra coding is, it takes a lot more effort to avoid becoming a Mozilla Suite-esque garbage heap of mismatched feature requests mashed horribly into one project; bug reports and bug (not feature) patches are much more helpful (thanks!); project isn't dead, just slow.
