The Center for Analytical Research in Technology, founded in the summer of  2004, will focus on research in the space where business and technology intersect. More specifically, our goal is to spur research on technology-enabled analytical decision-makng for business.

The CART Committee for the 2004-05 Academic year consists of Professors Burton Hollifield, Yuji Ijiri, R. Ravi (Chair), Holger Seig and Sridhar Tayur.

Professor Kannan Srinivasan, Head of the Teaching Innovation Center, and Deans--Baybar, Dunn  and Srivastava--are also ex-officio members of the Center's committee.

Professor Christine Parlour is the coordinator of the CART junior faculty mixer over the 2004-05 academic year.

The administrative support for the center is provided by Carol Salerno at the Work Processing Center. All administrative queries may be directed to her at Room 350, Posner Hall, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
