Welcome to "‎Etusivu‎" · the "Main Page" of Betawiki, the test platform for localization of the MediaWiki interface. "Process" describes the procedures how to get your interface updated. Online support is available at the IRC channel mediawiki-i18n.

You can use url parameter uselang=<WMF project code> to use a different language for interface (eg: uselang=en, uselang=ar)

You can use url parameter dir=ltr or dir=rtl to change wiki directionality (for local content).

And also combine both: uselang=en&dir=ltr, uselang=yi&dir=ltr, uselang=fr&dir=rtl, uselang=ar&dir=rtl.

You may try RC using newrc=1 etc.
