Artificial nails have been one of the most well-known trends to hit the beauty business. They are offered in a selection of colors and designs and are perfectly suited to meet pretty much every single customer’s requirement. Typically clients have these nails for special occasions, but many women prefer having this as a portion of their everyday beauty routine. Having artificial nails is one way to lengthen short brittle nails.

Women wear artificial nails for many different reasons. Nail biting is a bad habit that is very tough to quit, Wearing artificial nails helps people get rid the habits. This is one of the factors as to why women prefer maintaining these nails. Women usually come to salon for manicure service about every two weeks; by maintaining these nails on a normal basis women can help avoid nail splitting or cracking.

Artificial nails are not for replacements of the real fingernails, but rather an extension or covering of the real ones. It is a fact that wonderful nails look rather sexy on women. There are different types of artificial nails, but the most popular are acrylic nails and gel nails.

Acrylic nails appeared earlier than gel nails in the market. Acrylic is formed by mixing a monomer and a polymer. The thick liquid is then applied to natural nails as artificial nails. Acrylic is a very strong and robust substance. The prices of acrylic nails are usually slightly lower as compared to gel nails. Acrylic fingernails are fake or artificial nails worn over the tops of your own nails. You can apply them to your own nails using an acrylic nail kit, or you can have them put on at an acrylic nail salon. The formula to make artificial nails consists of a solution of polymer powder and liquid monomer. This mixture creates an acrylic, which is an extremely hard, dense plastic, ideal for creating artificial nails. Acrylic nails are often applied by most women at one time or another in their life. Acrylic will adhere on to your natural nails. Acrylic nails also offer women a shine as well as unbreakable longer nails that they may not be able to achieve with their natural nails.

However, gel nails, unlike acrylic ones, resemble natural long nails more. Also, they are glossy in appearance, are thin, and extremely flexible, which acrylic nails are not. You know, there's a thing about pregnant women wearing artificial nails. Those low-quality fake nails aren't recommended for women to wear during pregnancy. However, gel nails have no such issue, for the reason that they are completely odorless and safe. But then, with advantages come the disadvantages too. Gel nails, unlike other artificial nails, are way expensive, and are prone to frequent breakage. What's more, you need to polish them more often, in comparison to other varieties of artificial nails. But if you're ready for a tad-bit of money squander, gel nails are, indeed, a lucrative bet to experiment with nail art.

Natural nails have more of a tendency to break. You may always be bothered by a new chip or peel in your manicure nearly right after every time you get a manicure. This can be extremely frustrating. But, you can usually last longer in between manicures with natural nails than with acrylics. Also, it is easier to touch up your nails or change the color of your nails at home with natural nails. It may be a better idea to keep your nails natural if you are content with the way your nails look without artificial nails.

Artificial Nails help conceal or fix broken, damaged, short, or bad nails. It also helps prevent people from biting their nails, breakage of nails, and protect splits. They are used when people are not able to grow the length and strength of natural nails that they desire. This problem can be solved by using certain nail techniques such as nail tipping, sculptured nails, nail wrapping, or acrylic overlays.
