BERLIN, Sept. 5. -- Mulhausen in Swabian Wurtemberg was the scene in the early hours this morning of a terrible outbreak by an insane teacher named Wagner, who, after setting fire to the village and murdering his wife and four children, killed ten villagers and dangerously wounded nine.
