While it is the home for the Phoeniz Suns of the NBA and the Phoeniz Mercury of the WNBA, The America West Arena was the home to the Elimination Chamber in 2003. Triple H defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Kevin Nash, Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Goldberg and Randy Orton. In the other half of the stellar main event, Kurt Angle clashed with Brock Lesnar over the WWE Championship.
