One of my favourite pieces of road in the country, and certainly one of the most spectacular sections of motorway. No surprise it was the first thing I chose to film! This video will carry you westbound from junction 23 to junction 21, taking in the spectacular Scammonden Bridge, past the famous farmhouse in the middle of the road, over Moss Moor and down the steep Windy Hill to the start of the Greater Manchester urban area.
This video runs at twice normal speed.
I have received several emails about the fact that for most of this video the car stays in the middle lane. I would like to make it clear that I was not driving at the time!
