During the summer there's street entertainment everywhere, including musicians, singers, jugglers, acrobats, mimes, comics, magicians, and fortune tellers. You'll see folks with multicolored hair, painted faces, bizarre tattoos, and wacky clothes - or lack thereof. The Boardwalk is a circus with plenty of funky shops. There are also basketball, handball, shuffleboard and paddle tennis courts. Muscle Beach is where bodybuilders pump iron and show off in public.
