These miniature exercise balls, commonly known as Chinese baoding balls are a fun way of strengthening your hand muscles. They are very similar to a stress ball, except they have several elastic strings attached, which go around each finger.
You can perform hand exercise ball workouts by either squeezing the ball or stretching your fingers outwards using the elastic strings.
Why Should you Exercise Your Hands?
It’s a fair question to ask. Your hands aren’t really what come to mind when you think about improving your fitness, but they’re actually an incredibly important part of your body to protect. Using hand exercise balls can not only reduce the risk of hand related illnesses such as arthritis but they also improve hand coordination and finger strength.
By improving the strength of your fingers you can relieve the pressure on joints in your hands that commonly lead to arthritis.
