	Reliable	Purported leader of Sunni Islamic state within Iraq. Abu Ayyub al-Masri declared allegiance to him in November 2006. In May 2007, U.S. military officials said he may be the same person as Muharib Abdul Latif al-Jubouri, who was killed in a raid near Baghdad.¹
