Kylie Minogue Darling, Etro Dianthus: new fragrances

Kylie Minogue Darling perfumeKylie Minogue Darling will launch in November. The fragrance was created under licensing arrangements with Coty:

Perfumer Thierry Wasser of Firmenich, in collaboration with the pop star, developed the fragrance that aims to reflect the singer’s personality and Australian heritage. The scent therefore incorporates notes of Australian sandalwood, star fruit, freesia and Boronia flower, a plant that flourishes throughout Australia. (via cosmeticsint)

Kylie Minogue Darling is available in 30 ml Eau de Parfum, and 15, 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Toilette. Matching body products include Pearly Shower Gel, Silky Body Lotion, and Parfum Deodorant.

Etro will launch Dianthus, its first perfume for women, in October:

The name is the botanical term for carnation and refers to the predominant note in the spicy floral formula by Robertet. “It is not a ‘soliflore’ fragrance, but rather a composite bouquet.” (via cosmeticnews)

The very nice scent. I always avoided from this shelf scents. Something induced me about and I tried this. Is very pleasant and has a note which reminds to me sisley Eau de Soir in the modern and younger edition . Super , the revelation for this the price. I have deo perfumed because is more delicate , more subtle.
And create this scent Thierry Wasseur. wow. I’m very , very satisfied.

How does Dianthus count as Etro’s first perfume for women, given the size of the Etro range? Does this mean that it is actually parfum rather than edc or edt like the rest of them? Sounds good, whatever.

No, it is just that the rest are supposedly unisex or men’s. Not sure I agree, but that is what they say.

I would have thought it would be designated a feminine too, but I guess that isn’t how Etro sees it.
