Pompoir and the Mare’s Trick
Women throughout history have been known for their sexual tricks and abilities. Though many of these tricks are beyond what the modern woman might want to accomplish, they are nonetheless fun to know. You’ll get partially good at them if you do your Kegel sexercises.
Pompoir, or Milking
The art of pompoir, or milking the penis, is a great technique to use with many different lovemaking positions. It’s an art that the best courtesans were adept at, but many wives mastered it as well. Try it while practicing some of your favorite positions to see which ones it works best with. To perform this technique, contract your PC (pubococcygeus) muscles while the penis is inside you, simulating a “milking” action.
Here is how the “milking action” happens. When the PC muscles are in very good shape, they have the ability to ripple when they are squeezing. Because there are so many overlapping muscle groups in the pelvic area, the muscles can isolate themselves, and you can operate them in isolation, too. As you get better at your practices, you’ll notice how effectively you can isolate those muscles.
This rippling effect also happens during an intense orgasm in a woman. The rippling causes a kind of milking action that starts at one end and moves along the vagina. This then translates to the action being felt by the penis, hence, the milking effect. Pompoir does take a while to perfect, but it is well worth it.
The Mare’s Trick
The “Mare’s Trick” is the ability to hold your lover’s penis inside of you and not let it go. This is best accomplished in the “Clasping Position” or the “Twinning Position.” The woman brings her legs tightly together while also tightening her vaginal muscles. If she is very good at it, the blood won’t leak back out of her lover’s penis and he won’t get soft.
