Hydrogen Peroxide Distillation Machine

This machine is the result of several years of research in hydrogen peroxide distillation.
These stills are made entirely of borosilicate glass (PYREX) and Teflon, classified as class 1 for unlimited time exposure with high strength hydrogen peroxide and won’t leave traces of metals or react with the hydrogen peroxide like stills made of stainless steel or aluminum.
This machine distills the hydrogen peroxide at such a low temperature (55ºC - 131ºF) that the hydrogen peroxide doesn't lose any oxygen in the process and the result is a stronger more powerful hydrogen peroxide.
Since these units don’t have any moving parts to wear out, and the materials are inert to high strength hydrogen peroxide, the life of the distillation machine is indefinite, you don't have anything that needs service or that can be damaged. If you don't break the glass, it will last forever!.
The still is designed to concentrate any kind of hydrogen peroxide and at any starting concentration and will concentrate up to 90%-99% to be used as a rocket "fuel" by the removal of the desired amount of water.
I am convinced that this is the best and safest machine in the world to make your own rocket fuel grade hydrogen peroxide.
This distillation machine is made using a 20 liter (5.26 gal) flask, in the past we also made a 50 liter (13.15 gal) machine but it was proven that two 20 liter machines produce more hydrogen peroxide than a single 50 liter machine for less money.

Still to produce your own 90-98% hydrogen peroxide.
Each still contains two flasks, a packed column, a bridge, a water cooled condenser, digital thermometer with alarm, a special heating mantle with progressive heating elements, a density tester and probe to check your peroxide concentration, an aluminum rack cabinet to hold and protect all the glass components, a Teflon valve, plug, vacuum connector for the flask and fittings to hold the columns to the frame, a special Teflon hose and a transfer plug to vacuum transfer your peroxide to and from the drum without the risk of touching or handling the peroxide.
The machine also includes an ionic purification process to remove the stabilizers, metals and minerals that can damage the catalyst packs in rocket engines.
The ionic system is very simple to use and includes a TDS meter to monitor the PPM (parts per million) of impurities in the hydrogen peroxide.

On my last invoice for a 70 kg drum of hydrogen peroxide at 50% I paid $7.00 pesos by kilo (with the
drum included, yes I don´t have to return it) that is $0.74 USD
by kilo or $0.33 USD by lb at 50%, if I concentrate it to 90% I will get
.555555 of it or $0.59 USD by lb of 90%.
