The Colonel in Chief |
In 1983 the Regiment celebrated its 350th Anniversary. The highlight of a large number of commemorative events was a review of the Regiment by Her Majesty The Queen at Holyrood Park, Edinburgh. It was at this review that Her Majesty anounced the appointment of her daughter, HRH The Princess Anne, to be Colonel in Chief of The Royal Scots. | |
