The University of California Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal (Comm/Ent) is the nation's preeminent law journal covering the rubric of communications, entertainment, and intellectual property law. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Comm/Ent's subject matter has expanded to include issues such as the Internet, telecommunications, biotechnology, multimedia, broadcasting, and constitutional law. The journal thus provides an important forum for legal scholarship in areas of law which will have vast influence in shaping the economy and society of the next century. Each quarterly issue of Comm/Ent includes scholarly articles and student notes addressing timely issues in these and other fields.
